The name Vergesig, given to the beach house translates to panorama, a fitting name as you can see all the way to Buffels Bay on the opposite side of the cove.

Vergesig Beach House is situated in Brenton on Sea in a magnificent location on the scenic Garden Route coastline and is nestled between the Indian Ocean and the hills of the Western Head of Knysna’s Estuary. It is a breathtaking holiday location and a nature lover’s paradise with its unspoilt beaches and peaceful surroundings.

Brenton on Sea’s golden sands are an invitation to sunbathe, fish and stroll the shores. The slopes, rich with fynbos, provide ample dolphin watching opportunities. Brenton on Lake has a jetty for launching boats and canoes, and the Knysna forests and the Goukamma Nature Reserve, which includes a 14 kilometre coastline, offer glorious walking and hiking opportunities. It is a perfect location to enjoy the best of the garden route with Knysna town (15 km), Plettenberg Bay (46 km), Wilderness (48 km), and George (60 km) all close by.
